We’d love to give you a light preview of what you can expect on this retreat. Our goal is to create a flexible structure that allows for your soul to both wonder and wander.
Each morning at breakfast, we’ll display a more detailed itinerary of the day ahead with a little bit of surprise still up our sleeves. The first part of the day will be spent with yin yoga, breath practice and meditation. The second part of the day will draw internal to external with beautiful local excursions. We’ll also leave open space for rest, bike rides, tennis court time, sauna and sensory shower at the wellness spa and anything else that feels right for your time.
