We’d love to give you a light preview of what you can expect on this retreat. Our goal is to create a flexible structure that allows for your soul to both wonder and wander.
Each morning at breakfast, we’ll display a more detailed itinerary of the day ahead with a little bit of surprise still up our sleeves. The first part of the day will be spent with yin yoga, breath practice and meditation. The second part of the day will draw internal to external with beautiful local excursions. We’ll also leave open space for rest, bike rides, tennis court time, sauna and sensory shower at the wellness spa and anything else that feels right for your time.

Each guest will stay in a private room or suite within thoughtfully restored country houses and villas, featuring local materials, handcrafted touches, and serene vistas of the plains beyond.
On the grounds you’ll discover walking paths through vineyards, tranquil gardens, and quiet spaces for reflection. The estate also houses a Michelin Green Star recognized restaurant with cuisine rooted in Malhadinha’s own gardens and regional traditions, a spa, and wine experiences that invite deeper engagement with place.
