october hearth
charlottesville, virginia | october 15–18 2026
embark on your journey
This October, join in the rolling hills of Virginia for a women’s retreat devoted to breath, meditation, and inner renewal.
Over the course of our time together, we will journey inward- through guided practices in breath, presence, and self-discovery, while also expanding outward, finding connection together and in the beauty of nature that surrounds us.
Nestled among gardens, woods, and quiet trails, Charlottesville offers the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect. Each day will weave together grounding practices, nourishing food, and time in nature to restore body, mind, and spirit.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and remember yourself—while also sharing in the joy of connection with others. Come as you are and leave replenished, inspired, and rooted in both your inner landscape and the natural world.
Total retreat cost: $3,800; 50% due to reserve your spot.
Your deposit is non-refundable. 45 days prior to the retreat start date, 100% of the retreat cost is due and is non-refundable but can be applied as credit towards a future retreat.
